Add a view-only co-viewer
Give your spouse, partner, or trusted teammate read-only access to your team's results. They can sign in, see everyone's profiles, and read the coaching reports — but they can't edit, delete, or invite anyone.
Your co-viewers
Tell them their username and password directly. They sign in at the same /admin.html page you use.

Invite a Company
Send a new company a one-time setup link. They'll choose their own username + password and become the organization-wide admin for their team.
Company Admins
Create or edit admin accounts directly. Department-scoped admins see only their assigned departments within their organization. Organization-wide admins see everyone in their company.
