Terms of Use

Effective 2026-04-30
Wired is a free hobby project run by the GiveSendGo team. It is offered to the GiveSendGo team, our friends, and our families on an as-is, no-warranty basis. It is not a commercial product. By using it you agree to the terms below.

1. Who can use it

Wired is intended for personal, non-commercial use by people connected to GiveSendGo or its team. You're welcome to share your individual results with anyone you choose. If you'd like to use this for a paying customer, a regulated workplace assessment, or any commercial purpose, please don't — this isn't built for that.

2. Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wired, or at least 13 years old with the documented permission of a parent or guardian. Children under 13 are not permitted. Family-mode submissions ask you to confirm this before you submit.

3. What we provide

You take a short survey and receive an AI-generated coaching report. Admins of an organization or family see results for the people who took the survey under their tenant. That's the whole product. No service-level agreements. No availability guarantees. We may take it down at any time.

4. What you agree to

5. Coaching report disclaimer

The AI-generated coaching report is a thoughtful summary, not professional advice. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, hiring guidance, or any other regulated service. Don't make life-altering decisions based on it.

6. Your data

See the Privacy Policy for what we collect, who sees it, and how to delete it. The short version: you can download your data from your results page, you can delete it from your results page, and we don't sell it.

7. No warranty

Wired is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. We don't guarantee the survey will be available, the report will be accurate, your data will be preserved, or anything else. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiveSendGo, its team, and the maintainer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wired. If a court somewhere decides we are liable, our total liability is limited to whatever you paid us — which is zero.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or shut the project down at any time. We'll post the new effective date on this page if we update it.
